38 Weeks

Eating some pears. She appears to have skipped baby food entirely. It's crazy, you think you might know something because you have had two kids before, but I never expected this. She is starting to crawl, it is SUPER cute. Also, she has ESP! She knows when I want to go out and she always, ALWAYS wakes up screaming so I have to run in the house, brush my teeth and wash my face and get into pajamas and feed her straight away. This is incredibly annoying to me because I like to read a little bit before bed, I just bought the first Twilight book and I can't ever read it. Oh well. She's not going to be like this forever, I tell myself. And she is awfully cute and sweet. She brings new meaning to the term 'suck face'. She is some kisser. :)

This is what comes between Veronica and her Calvins. Ha! These jeans are from Candie and when I was putting them on V, I found a pair of CK socks in the pocket, so she is all coordinated today. I have been reading these blogs of these moms whose kids sleep all night at THREE days old and I am not kidding and it makes me want to kill. Not the moms, because I think I'd talk about it too, (not that I'd know), but the commenters. "I had to work hard at it, but I got mine to sleep all night by six weeks. I need my sleep!", they say. Um. I work hard too. TRUST ME. And I too need my sleep. Ugh it makes me blind with rage. People. They are the worst.

Ha, this is Veronica with her friend Madoc. He is my friend Marcea's son, and he's one month younger than Veronica. They are both sitting up really well, right? I wish he would give her some tips on sleeping well because she needs them. Ugh, I can't even talk about it.

Eating some puffs, just up from a nap. She was up three times last night between 11:30 and ... 5:00? Or something? I have given up. She is nice in the night, anyway, just nurses and sleeps sweetly. I'm trying to appreciate it while it lasts. Or something. :)
