Nine Weeks, Three Days

That's what we are today. I had my ultrasound and everything looked great! The baby's heart rate was 167, which the tech said was 'good'. We didn't schedule another ultrasound which is nice. I have an appointment with my doctor, which will be the first time I'm meeting her on 10/31. Just a few more weeks and I am into the second trimester and can start telling people and breathing easier.

I feel fine, I feel sicker than I ever have before this time. I am definitely more tired than I've ever been too but I think that's because I'm not sleeping well and my days are very full.

Speaking of days being full, M is up from a SHORT nap so I better run!

Eight Weeks

This week I'm eight weeks pregnant. I go back a week from Wednesday for another ultrasound, my second. The tech said that I should just have another one because of my advanced maternal age but I am nervous anyway. I am trying to be faithful and trust that everything will be okay but it's challenging for me. I have a LOT of time to think and worry, since I'm up all the damned time. I would post the picture of the ultrasound but really? Just picture a cotton ball and that's what it looks like.
